Hi — I’m larai-w, the person building VEAI LAB. and writing here.

Why I do this

My caregiving experience began early, as a young carer — long before it is usual to think about care. That lived perspective, not a job title, is why VEAI exists: I build the tools I wish my family had had.

What I bring

  • A certified project / delivery manager (PMP and Agile) who also ships code.
  • Hands-on engineering: AWS serverless, HL7 FHIR health-data interoperability, and GenAI / LLM evaluation with a fail-closed, grounded approach.
  • Years of lived caregiving experience — the domain knowledge behind every product decision.

What I write about

Care-transition workflows, health-data interoperability, and governed AI-assisted delivery — the engineering and the human side both. Our products are Parkinson’s-inspired butnot limited to any one condition.

🐤 I also make a dev-life LINE sticker pack —開発現場スタンプ (my avatar is from it).
